Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held until identity documents are provided and approved.

Sports betting results are determined by official outcomes from the relevant governing bodies (e.g., PBA, FIFA, FIBA). In cases of disputed results, 76aceph will apply the ruling of the relevant sporting authority once confirmed. Live casino outcomes are determined by the physical dealing and spinning visible in the live stream, which is the definitive record of each game round's result.

The platform may suspend or void markets in the event of data errors, system faults, or irregular activity. In such cases, stakes on affected markets will be returned to player accounts. 76aceph is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is prohibited.

By accessing 76aceph, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution, or any use that competes with or harms the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 76aceph's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited and remaining in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

76aceph is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's internet connectivity issues during a game session
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand game rules, bet types, or market conditions
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits 76aceph's liability for fraud or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
